$90,000. Four-door sedan in 2009 @ $50,000. Five to 24 hours to charge.

"Burnables" will continue to run 90%+ of vehicle engines; hydrogen, gasoline. That's my gut feeling.... unless you eventually can do a "drop and swap" where you stop at a station and swap your drained batteries for charged ones, like people do with propane grill tanks, I can't imagine our fast-paced society ever embracing charge times.

250 miles per charge aint a big deal if all you are doing is going from home to work or whatever.

you wouldn't be driving a great distance in a car like that anyway.

for a vacation mobile though, even the sedan would suck.
