Last night was my first live SKA and Punk concert. Good Stuff. There were 5 bands: Transition, Whole Wheat Bread, Streetlight Manifesto and headliners Reel Big Fish and MXPX. Of course it was right ofter work so we went looking like sell-outs in out suits while most of the crowd was the molehawk bearing kind but it was great. Reel Big Fish in concert is something everyone should see at least once (or just one song if they dont like ska).

My co-workers are telling me I'm turning into a big city girl, scary thought.

Never seen Reel Big Fish live, but I'd like to.

You've never truly lived until you've been in a (mosh) pit...

97? Damn kids think you invented music ;) SKA makes a "comeback about every 15-20 years. My 16 year old nephew calls it skateboard music...old ,old Ska is pretty cool, the Specials (amongst others) brought it back for me to get more aquanted with it...enjoy.

I saw "Goldfinger" do a set at Edgefest (annual 1-day music festival usually held north of Toronto) a few years back. I didn't know their tunes, but I enjoyed their performance the most out of all the bands I saw that day... even more than the heavy bands (sevendust, jerry cantrell, finger eleven) I came to see.
