The local news guys have been following Lima long before the national outlets picked this story up. This is must see teevee, folks.

Recorded it at your recommendation, just watched it this evening.

It is really a well done piece. Amazing footage of firefights, etc, taken by the company members themselves. Articulate interviews. Well edited.

They made the point that while they realize that Lima Company will now be best known for the losses they took, what they would rather be remembered for was the missions they accomplished, which are many. One of the most poignant examples was the report of a town which had only a 10% voter rate, before Lima arrived. After Lima had protected this town for an extended period, the turnout at the next election was around 75%. They are proud that they were probably a big part of the reasons for the increase in the vote. One troop added that "75% is a lot more than back home".

Thanks for the post.

To Lima.
