So Mario's brakes don't work as well as Tracy's? It's true that Tracy moved over in front of Mario. It looked to me like that was early enough before the corner that you really can't blame the contact on that.

That's not the point. You don't come to a complete stop like you would at a stop light. You carry speed through the corner. If the guy in front (Tracy) notices that he is carrying way too much speed and slams on the brakes, there is little the guy behind can do (Dominguez) when you have 6 inches to spare.... :(
