IRL to introduce "B Feature" Races

In an effort to increase competition, the IRL is turning to it's time-tested solution: screw around with the format. If this works, expect Champ Car to go to a similar format.

If the earl does that they will cut the top rung to a field of maybe four drivers. Then again, that series doesn't have any drivers, they're just ballast.
